Thomas P. Barnett, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Raised in Oyster Bay, N.Y., Dr. Barnett graduated from Princeton University in 1983 and obtained his medical degree from George Washington University in 1987. He completed his surgical training at the Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania in 1992. He served at the Dover Air Force Base Hospital from 1992-1996 and has continued to practice surgery in Dover ever since. Dr. Barnett is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and the Medical Society of Delaware. In addition, he is presently the Chief of Surgery at Kent General Hospital and the President of the Delaware Surgery Center.


 

Samuel M. Wilson, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Originally from the Philadelphia suburb of Abington, Dr. Wilson has been in Dover since 1995. He graduated from Swarthmore College in 1972 and earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at Temple University Hospital followed by a two year vascular fellowship at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia. Prior to coming to Dover, he practiced in a large surgical group in Philadelphia for over seven years. A surgeon who is published in the general, vascular, and trauma literature, he is a member of the Delaware Valley Vascular Society, the Eastern Vascular Society, the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of Delaware, and the Southeastern Surgical Congress. Dr. Wilson is Board Certified in Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.


 

Barton M. Clements, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Clements received his medical degree at the University of Tennessee and served his internship in general surgery at Methodist Hospital in Memphis, TN. He completed his general surgery residencies at both the George Washington University Hospital and the Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Clements is Board Certified in Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of Delaware, and the Southeastern Surgical Congress.


 

Brandt J. Feuerstein, M.D.

Dr. Feuerstein earned his undergraduate degree from Haverford College in 1988. He then spent four years at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing post-baccalaureate studies and conducting biomedical research. Graduating from Jefferson Medical College in 1996, Dr Feuerstein went on to complete his internship and residency at the Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of Delaware, and the State Committee on Trauma. Board Certified in General Surgery, he has an interest in diseases of the colon, breast, and gallbladder.


 

Nicole A. Fisher, PA-C, M.S.

Originally from Newark, Delaware, Nicole graduated with honors from Towson University in 1997 with her undergraduate degree in Pre-medicine and biology and completed her Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant in May of 2002 from Rutgers University. She was valedictorian of her class and has had first-hand experience as both a Dialysis Technician and CPR instructor. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Delaware Association of Physician Assistants.
